A new style for the garden

Mom and Claire went shopping yesterday and look what they found. A new outfit for the sprinkler and garden.



Claire modeled it while picking flowers at our neighborh's house. Style setter?

Visit from nana & papa

We recently celebrated summer with one pair of grandparents.



Claire got a lot of reading time with grandpa. Paige entertained the crew with her many faces and manifestations.



We got to hang out at nana and papa's hotel and take a dip in the cold pool. Claire didn't seem to mind.



The energy level of this girl never ceases to amaze us. She eventually scaled a wall inside this gym that only the big kids had conquered.



Later, she tried to join dad as he raced by in a marathon relay. The crowd gave her a round of applause as she passed the exchange point several seconds behind her father....then kept right on going until her out-of-breath dad chased her down....



Alex, Matt, Paige and Sarah stood completely unconcerned, discussing music, the weather and Dutch social policy.
